WHAT IS AROMATHERAPY?
Aromatherapy oils have been in our world for centuries and although the word aromatherapy is new, the art and science involved is ancient. Like so many other natural and organic products, aromatherapy oils have been re-discovered as we return to the olden days when people realised that nature provided us with everything we needed.
Aromatherapy oils work with our own body chemistry to maintain the health and balance of the body by helping the immune system to heal itself. Whether they are massaged into our skin or inhaled, aromatherapy oils have a direct effect on our bodies the same way chemicals do. You may not smell them but your body will react to them.
Our health and wellness is greatly affected by air quality and the atmosphere of our living space. Aromatherapy not only lifts-up our moods but is a great alternative to artificially scented air fresheners, fragrances and skin care products. Replacing chemicals and imitation scents with natural, plant-derived aromas improves our health and well-being and gives consumers an opportunity to play a positive role in the greening of the fragrance industry.
HOW DOES THE AROMATHERAPY LOCKETS/CHAMBERS WORK?
The Lockets/Chambers are sold with 10 cotton pads. By putting drops onto a pad with either your aromatherapy or favourite perfume and inserting it into the locket it will emanate the scent all day long.

WHAT IS A CHAKRA?
Chakras and their functions were first mentioned in the Vedas, ancient Hindu texts of knowledge. Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel and it refers to the seven energy centers in our body. These energy wheels regulate the flow of energy through our energy system. These centres open and close when we decide what to think and when we feel.
Chakras ARE NOT physical. They are aspects of consciousness in the same way that the auras are aspects of consciousness as the mind and the physical body work together.
They work through the physical body through the endocrine and the nervous system so are therefore associated with particular parts of the body.
Each sense, feeling and experience is divided into seven categories and therefore allocated to a specific chakra.
When you feel stress in your consciousness, you feel it in the chakra associated with that part of your consciousness and in the parts of the physical body. Everything can be healed so in understanding the chakras, the healing process can begin with the body and the mind. When a person’s chakras aren’t spinning properly, the physical, emotional and mental body isn’t working in harmony with each other.
So when a person changes something about their being, they are able to release the stress that had been creating the symptom, and are then therefore able to return to a healthy state again.
CROWN CHAKRA
Sahasrara is generally considered to be the chakra of consciousness. Its role may be envisioned somewhat similarly to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes hormones to communicate to the rest of the endocrine system and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus. The thalamus is thought to have a key role in the physical basis of consciousness. Symbolised by a lotus with one thousand petals, it is located on the crown of the head.
THIRD CHAKRA
Ajna (along with Bindu) is linked to the pineal gland which may inform a model of its envisioning. Ajna is held as the chakra of time, awareness and of light. The pineal gland is a light sensitive gland that produces the hormone melatonin which regulates sleep and awakening. Symbolised by a lotus with two petals.
THROAT CHAKRA
Vishuddha (also Vishuddhi) may be envisioned as relating to communication and growth being a form of expression. This chakra is paralleled to the thyroid, a gland that is also in the throat and which produces thyroid hormone, responsible for growth and maturation. Symobized by a lotus with sixteen petals.
HEART CHAKRA
Anahata is related to complex emotion, compassion, love, equilibrium and well-being. It is related to the thymus, located in the chest. The thymus is an element of the immune system as well as being part of the endocrine system. It produces T cells responsible for fending off disease and may be adversely affected by stress. Symblized by a lotus with twelve petals.
SOLAR PLEXUS
Manipura is related to the transition from simple or base to complex emotion, energy, assimilation and digestion, and is held to correspond to the roles played by the pancreas and the outer adrenal glands, the adrenal cortex. These play a valuable role in digestion, the conversion of food matter into energy for the body. Symobolized by a lotus with ten petals.
SACRAL CHAKRA
Swadhisthana is located in the sacrum (hence the name) and is related to base emotion, sexuality and creativity. This chakra is considered to correspond to the testicles or the ovaries that produce the various sex hormones involved in the reproductive cycle which may cause dramatic mood swings. Symbolized by a lotus with six petals.
ROOT CHAKRA
Muladhara or the base is related to instinct, security, survival and also to basic human potentiality. This centre is located in the region between the genitals and the anus. Although no endocrine organs is placed here, it is said to relate to the inner adrenal glands, the adrenal medulla, responsible for the fight and flight response when survival is under threat. In this region is located a muscle that controls ejaculation in the sexual act in the human male. A parallel is charted between the sperm cell and the ovum where the genetic code lies coiled and the kundalini. Symbolized by a lotus with four petals.

WHAT IS SACRED GEOMETRY
Sacred Geometry is often described as a blueprint of creation. It is an ancient science that explores and explains the energy patterns that create and unify all things and reveals the precise way that the energy of Creation organizes itself. On every scale, every natural pattern of growth or movement inevitably to one or more geometric shapes.
As you enter the world of Sacred Geometry you begin to see as never before the wonderfully patterned beauty of Creation. Viewing and contemplating these codes allow us to gaze directly at the lines on the face of deep wisdom and offers up a glimpse into the inner workings of the Universal Mind and the Universe itself.
Clear examples of Sacred Geometry in Nature and Matter:
DNA, The cornea of our eye, pine cones, flower petals, the stars we spin around, the galaxy we spiral within, the air we breathe, all types of crystals, the hexagonal geometry of snowflakes, creatures exhibiting logarithmic spiral patterns e.g snails and various shell fish, birds and flying insects, the way in which lightning forms branches, the way in which rivers branch.
The ancients believed that the experience of Sacred Geometry was essential to the education of the soul. They knew that these patterns and codes were symbolic of our own inner realm and the subtle structure of awareness. To them the “sacred” had particular significance involving consciousness and the profound mystery of awareness….the ultimate sacred wonder. Sacred Geometry takes on another whole level of significance when grounded in the experience of self-awareness.
