ORDERING

• All orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch.
• Orders can be placed by phone, email, fax or online.

DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES

• Deliveries can not be made to PO Boxes
• Delivery typically takes 2 working days along the eastern seaboard. However it can take up to 4-5 working days to Western Australia.
• If the individual is not present at time of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply.

RETURNS

• returns are only accepted if goods are broken or damaged.
• claims for breakages/ damaged goods must be lodged within 48hours of reciept of goods.
• There are no returns if you simply change your mind.
